经方排脓散治疗痤疮刍议

摘要
排脓散出自《金匮要略》,载于金创治法王不留行散方后,但只记载了方药,未见其证,后世医家认为其可化瘀行滞、排脓去腐,用于治肠道积滞、肠内痈脓等。通过排脓散古方今解与临床应用研究综合分析,笔者认为排脓散加减可用于治疗肺经风热、湿热蕴结、痰瘀凝结、冲任不调四种证型的痤疮,并与治疗痤疮常用的枇杷清肺饮和龙胆泻肝汤比较,进一步探讨排脓散治疗痤疮的临床可行性。
Painong Powder from Jingui Yaolue was recorded after Jinchuang therapy of Wangbuliuxing Powder,but there was only the prescription,no syndromes. Later physicians believed that the purulent powder may remove blood stasis,pus and decompose,and can be used to treat intestinal stagnation,intestinal pus and so on. The author believes that the addition and subtraction of Painong Powder may be used to treat acne of four syndromes: wind-heat,damp-heat accumulation,phlegm-blood stasis coagulation and irregular chongren through comprehensive analysis of the ancient and present solutions and clinical application of Painong Powder and to further explore the clinical feasibility of Painong Powder in the treatment of acne by compared with Pipa Qingfei Decoction and Longdan Xiegan Decoction commonly used for acne treatment.
