摘要
齿形离合器毂是车辆自动变速器中重要的动力传递部件,其结构复杂,加工困难,一直是国内外研究的热点。随着现代汽车向轻量化、高强度和低成本方向的发展,多种新型成形工艺应用到齿形离合器毂的制造过程中。本文对现有齿形离合器毂加工工艺进行总结分类,分析了齿形离合器毂的工作原理和成形过程,并详细介绍了滚打、滚挤、径向锻打、旋压、冲挤、振动冲压等工艺在齿形离合器毂制造中的优缺点,最后对未来离合器毂加工趋势进行了展望,以供同行参考。
        The existing machining process of the gear clutch hub has been summarized in the text.The working principle and forming process of the toothed clutch hub have been analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the technology including rolling, rolling extrusion, radial forging, spinning, punching and vibration punching in the manufacturing process of gear clutch hub have been introduced in detail. Finally,the manufacturing trend of clutch hub in the future has been discussed and prospected for reference.
