摘要
本文主要考虑到秦山320MW核电机组存在着孤网运行的风险和可能,且秦山320MW机组因为机组自身的特殊性,在孤网运行下有些问题值得探讨。全文简单地介绍孤网运行的定义和特点,大电网甩至孤网运行过程中电网存在的高频切机、低频减载等一系列保护及这些保护的动作原理,给出了玉树电网在孤网运行下频率的变化趋势图,并根据秦山320MW核电机组的实际情况,在DEH控制模式、规程对频率电压规定、核岛侧的限制等方面存在的问题进行分析和探讨,最后给出了在孤网运行模式下,从秦山320MW核电机组在保证机组自身安全,对规程中频率和电压的修改建议及载负荷模式下如何手动增减负荷来保证孤网下频率的稳定三个方面的一些建议。通过这些探讨和提出的建议,有助于在孤网运行下秦山320MW机组更好的稳定安全运行。
        In this paper, we consider the existence of qinshan 320 MW unit the isolated net running the risks and possible. Qinshan 320 MW unit because of the particularity of its own, in the isolated net running under some problems worth exploring. The paper simple introduces the definitions and characteristics of the isolated net running, power grid to jilt to the isolated net running of high frequency cutting unit 、 low frequency load shedding, and the principle of these protection. Giving Yushu grid under the isolated net running frequency change trend chart. According to the actual situation of qinshan 320 MW nuclear power unit is proposed under the isolated net running, In DEH control mode, procedures for frequency voltage requirement, restriction and other aspects of the nuclear island side of the existing problems are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the in isolated operation mode, from 320 MW Qinshan nuclear power plant units in ensuring their own safety, regulations under the proposed changes the frequency and voltage mode and how to manually increase or decrease the load carrying the load to ensure stability under isolated grid frequency recommendations in three areas. Through these discussions and made recommendations to help in isolated operation in Qinshan 320 MW unit at a better stable and safe operation.
