“四结合”构建高校双创孵化基地研究

摘要
随着"大众创业、万众创新"热度逐渐上升,众多高校积极响应国家号召,着手构建创新创业孵化基地,积极探索科技成果转化、双创孵化平台建设。但是在这过程中不少高校遇到了困难,如运营与管理体系不完善、资金缺乏、孵化能力不强等,建议从政府、企业、高校和教师四个层面推动孵化基地建设,上下相向开展,在实践中不断积累孵化基地建设经验,探索成型道路。
With the increasing popularity of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation", many universities have responded positively to the call of the State to build incubation bases for innovation and entrepreneurship, study the transformation of technological achievements and the construction of entrepreneurship and innovation platforms. But there are many difficulties in this process, such as imperfect operation and management system, shortage of funds, and incubation ability to be enhanced. It is suggested to promote the construction of incubation bases from four levels: government, enterprises, universities and teachers, and continue to accumulate experience through the practice of constructing incubation bases, so as to explore the successful roads.
