“复杂人”视域下高校学术评价制度变革路向研究

摘要
现行高校学术评价制度显现出的效率崇拜倾向、偏好量化评价、实行单向评价等特点,这与科学管理理论的主张相契合,而科学管理理论是以"经济人"假设为基础的,因此,高校学术评价制度必然会映射"经济人"假设的偏失。事实上,高校教师不仅具有"经济人"特质,还具有"社会人"和"自我实现人"的特质,因此,高校教师更符合"复杂人"特质。高校应依据教师的"复杂人"特质,对现行学术评价制度进行变革,即批判性地吸纳科学管理思想;树立"以人为本"的理念,营造和谐融洽的学术环境;完善以"质"为本的评价制度,激发高校教师"自我实现"的需要。
        The current academic evaluation system of colleges and universities shows the characteristics of efficiency worship tendency,preference for quantitative evaluation and one-way evaluation,which are consistent with the proposition of scientific management theory,while scientific management theory is based on the hypothesis of "economic man".Therefore,the academic evaluation system of colleges and universities will inevitably reflect the bias of " economic man" hypothesis.In fact,college teachers not only have the attribute of " economic man",but also have the characteristics of " social man" and " self-actualization man".Thus,college teachers are more in line with the characteristics of "complex man".The current academic evaluation system in colleges and universities should be reformed according to the " complex human" characteristics of teachers,that is,critically absorb scientific management thoughts;establish the concept of "people-oriented" and create a harmonious academic environment;improve the quality-oriented evaluation system and stimulate the need of "self-realization" of college teachers.
