基于易班的高校网络思想政治教育质量提升研究

摘要
易班是高校网络思想政治教育的新探索,易班网络思想政治教育工作目前存在用户黏性不足、平台内容吸引力不强、网络思政教育队伍工作能力不强和网络思政教育激励机制不健全等问题。要全面提升易班网络思想政治教育工作的质量,就要走内涵式发展道路,通过聚合力,共建网络平台;增引力,丰富网络内容;强主力,建强网络队伍;足动力,健全激励机制等策略系统推进易班网络思政质量提升。
E-CLASS is a new exploration of network ideological and political education in university. At present, network ideological and political education on E-CLASS is faced with such problems as insufficient user stickiness, weak attraction of platform content, weak working ability of network ideological and political education team and imperfect incentive mechanism. To comprehensively improve the quality of ideological and political education in E-CLASS network, we must improve the quality which includes building network platform together, enriching network content, improving the ability of network team, improving the incentive mechanism and so on.
