新时代下我国基础教育课程改革反思——基于美、英、日基础教育课程改革的比较与启示

摘要
如今,我国教育进入了新时代,机遇与挑战并存。美、英、日三国面向新世纪的基础教育课程改革体现了跨时代的继承与创新,可为我国基础教育课程改革提供借鉴。三国课改立足本国国情,顺应了知识经济化、信息全球化、教育民主化等时代潮流。三国课程目标侧重点有所不同,但都旨在提高教育质量。课程内容一致体现出对基础知识、信息技术和均衡课程内容的重视,课程评价都注重改善评价标准、丰富评价主体、完善评价方式。结合我国国情与三国课改启示,新时代我国基础教育课程改革可作如下反思:课程目标应服务社会,兼顾个人;课程内容要重视传统,兼收现代;课程评价应保障科学,兼怀人文。
        Now education in China has entered a new era,in which opportunities and challenges coexist.The curriculum reform of elementary education facing the new century in the United States,Britain and Japan embodies the inheritance and innovation of the cross-era,which can provide reference for the curriculum reform of elementary education in China.Curriculum reforms in these three countries are based on national reality and under the universal trend of knowledge economy,information globalization,educational democratization.Although the orientation of the course objectives of the three countries differ,they all aim at improving the quality of education.The curriculum content of the three countries unanimously reflect the emphasis on basic knowledge,information technology and the practice of balancing its content.The curriculum evaluation concertrates on the improvement of evaluation criteria,diversity of evaluation subjects and advancement of evaluation methods.Combined with China′s national reality and the enlightenment of the three countries′curriculum reforms,educators in China should introspect concerning elementary education curriculum reform in China in the new era follows:The curriculum objectives are expected to take personal development into consideration while serving the society.The curriculum content should attach significance to tradition with incorporation of modern elements.Curriculum evaluation ought to cherish humanistic care while guaranteeing the value of science and technology.
