摘要

根据工程质量评定验收规范规定,水利水电工程地基灌浆处理工程属于重要隐蔽工程,其质量安全关乎整个建筑物施工运行的成败。以灌浆工程的项目管理与策划为主线,试图从灌浆工程性质、技术与生产之关系、质量与进度的关系、经济效益与工程管理等一系列灌浆工程上的认识误区去解决灌浆工程中常见的矛盾问题,以利工程建设目标之实现。
        According to engineering quality evaluation and acceptance specifications, foundation grouting treatment of water resources and hydro-power engineering belongs to important concealed work, whose quality safety can make or break the entire construction operation. This article focuses on the management and strategy of grouting project, trying to solve common contradictory problems in grouting engineering by analyzing the relationships between grouting engineering properties, technologies and production, relationships between quality and progress, economic effects and project management as well as a series of misunderstandings in grouting engineering so as to realize the project construction objectives.
