不同麻醉药物用于妇科肿瘤术后静脉镇痛的临床效果比较体会

摘要
目的观察不同麻醉药物用于妇科肿瘤术后静脉镇痛的临床效果。方法以2016年3月～2017年3月为研究区间,将于我院妇科住院部接受择期手术治疗的妇科肿瘤患者共70例作为研究对象。根据数字随机表方法进行分组,对照组(n=35例)、观察组(n=35例)。对照组中纳入患者采用氟比洛芬酯联合舒芬太尼静脉镇痛方案,观察组中纳入患者采用布托啡诺静联合氟比洛芬酯静脉镇痛方案。对比两组患者术后各时间点VAS评分差异以及术后不良反应发生率差异。结果观察组及对照组患者术后各时间点的镇痛效果VAS评分比较,均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后不良反应总发生率低于对照组,(5.71%VS 25.71%,P<0.05),差异比较有统计学意义。结论在妇科肿瘤患者术后静脉镇痛中,采用布托啡诺联合氟比洛芬酯给药方案的镇痛效果与氟比洛芬酯联合舒芬太尼给药方案相当,不良反应更少,具有用药安全的价值,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of different anesthetics on postoperative analgesia in gynecologic tumor patients.Methods from March 2016 to March ～2017 as the study area,70 cases of gynecologic tumor patients undergoing elective surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the digital random list,the control group(n=35 cases) and the observation group(n=35 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with flurbiprofen axetil and sufentanil intravenous analgesia,and patients in the observation group were treated with butophanol and intravenous flurbiprofen.The difference of VAS score and postoperative adverse reaction rate between the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the analgesic effect of the observation group and the control group at each time point(P>0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(5.71% VS 25.71%,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In postoperative intravenous analgesia in patients with gynecologic oncology,the analgesic effect of the combination of buprenorphine and flurbiprofen is comparable to that of flurbiprofen and sufentanil,with fewer adverse effects.It is worthwhile to promote the value of medication safety.
