平乐七珠展筋散痛点揉药配合颈椎间断牵引治疗儿童寰枢关节错缝120例临床疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察平乐七珠展筋散痛点揉药配合颈椎间断牵引治疗儿童寰枢关节错缝的临床疗效。方法:将120例儿童寰枢关节错缝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用平乐七珠展筋散痛点揉药配合颈椎间断牵引,对照组采用平乐七珠展筋散痛点揉药配合传统的颈椎小重量持续牵引。治疗1个疗程(1周)后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为80%,对照组总有效率为60%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:在治疗儿童寰枢关节错缝中,平乐七珠展筋散痛点揉药配合颈椎间断牵引的临床疗效明显优于传统的颈椎小重量持续牵引。
        Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating dislocation of atlanto-axial joint in children with applying an external medicine, Pingle Qizhu Zhanjin Powder( 平乐七珠展筋散) into the pain point by massage combined with intermittent cervical traction. Methods: 120 patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with applying an external medicine, Pingle Qizhu Zhanjin Powder( 平乐七珠展筋散) into the pain point by massage combined with intermittent cervical traction, and the control group was treated with applying an external medicine, Pingle Qizhu Zhanjin Powder( 平乐七珠展筋散) into the pain point by massage combine with traditional low weight continuous cervical traction. The efficacy was evaluated after 1 course of treatment(1 week). Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 80%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 60%. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of dislocation of atlanto-axial joint in children,the clinical effect of applying external medicine Pingle Qizhu Zhanjin Powder( 平乐七珠展筋散) into the pain point by massage combined with intermittent cervical traction was significantly better than the traditional low weight continuous cervical traction.
