牵引配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果分析

摘要

目的探讨牵引配合推拿干预腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选我院80例2017年11月—2018年8月腰椎间盘突出症患者。随机数字表分组,单一治疗组实施牵引干预,牵引配合推拿组则实施牵引加上推拿干预。比较单一治疗组、牵引配合推拿组疗效;腰椎间盘突出疼痛消除时间、行走功能改善的时间、直腿抬高实验正常时间;干预前后患者疼痛程度以及生活质量;不良反应发生率。结果牵引配合推拿组疗效、腰椎间盘突出疼痛消除时间、行走功能改善的时间、直腿抬高实验正常时间、疼痛程度以及生活质量相比较单一治疗组更好,P <0.05。牵引配合推拿组不良反应发生率和单一治疗组差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05。结论牵引加上推拿干预治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果理想。
        Objective To explore the effect of traction combined with massage on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from November 2017 to August 2018 were selected. Random number table grouping, traction intervention in a single treatment group, traction with massage group, traction plus massage intervention. Compare the curative effect of single treatment group, traction and massage group, the time of pain relief, walking function improvement, normal time of straight leg elevation experiment, the degree of pain and quality of life before and after intervention, and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results Compared with the single treatment group, the effect of traction combined with massage group, the time of relieving pain of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, the time of improving walking function, the normal time of straight leg elevation experiment, the degree of pain and the quality of life were better, P < 0.05. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between traction plus massage group and single treatment group(P> 0.05). Conclusion The effect of traction plus massage on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is ideal.
