摘要
针对目前煤矿瓦斯抽采泵站自动化建设需求及建设现状,分析了存在的现实问题,基于系统需求,从瓦斯抽采管道参数监测、抽采泵站电力监测、抽采泵房环境安全监测、抽采设备监测、抽采设备控制、人机对话等方面对瓦斯抽采泵站自动控制进行了系统设计,并对控制系统中的基本设备现场布置方式进行了详细设计,对目前国内瓦斯抽采泵站自动化系统新建及改造项目建设具有一定的参考意义。
        Aiming at the demand and current situation of the gas extraction automation pumping station construction in coal mine,the existing problems were analyzed. Based on the system requirement, the automatic control system of gas pumping station was designed from the aspects of parameters monitoring of gas pumping pipeline, electric power monitoring of pumping station, environmental safety monitoring of pumping station, pumping equipment monitoring, pumping equipment control, man-machine dialogue and so on. Detailed design of the basic equipment field layout in the control system was also carried out, which has a certain reference significance for the construction of new and renovation projects of the automation system of gas pumping stations in China at present.
