摘要

利用中国大中型煤炭企业技术创新(R&D)投入样本,构建了我国大中型煤炭企业R&D投资效率输入指标和输出指标评价体系,通过数据包络分析方法,对我国大中型煤炭企业R&D投资效率进行测算评价。研究结果发现,2009年～2016年我国大中型煤炭企业R&D投资效率处于较高水平,但仍有提升空间,并据此提出相关建议,以期对煤炭企业的后期发展能做出相应贡献。
        Using the sample of technological innovation input of large and medium-sized coal enterprises in China,the input index and output index evaluation system of R & D investment efficiency of large and medium coal enterprises in China are constructed,and the efficiency of R & D investment of large and medium-sized coal enterprises in China is evaluated and evaluated through the method of data envelopment analysis. The results show that the efficiency of R & D investment of large and mediumsized coal and coal enterprises in China from 2009 to 2016 is at a high level,but there is still room for improvement,and some suggestions are put forward so as to contribute to the later development of coal enterprises.
