高校高水平运动员竞技能力与训练满意度关系的研究——兼论训练态度的中介效应与教练员领导行为的调节作用

摘要
为探究高校高水平运动员竞技能力与训练满意度之间的关系,检验运动员训练态度的中介效应,以及教练员领导行为对于高校高水平运动员竞技能力与训练满意度的调节作用。研究采用《高校运动员训练满意度量表》《高校高水平运动员训练态度量表》《高校高水平运动员竞技能力量表》和《教练员领导行为量表》,以参加2018年第56届首都高等学校田径运动会的300名高水平田径运动员为例进行研究,运用SPSS20. 0以及AMOS20. 0进行中介效应及调节作用检验。结果:(1)高校高水平运动员竞技能力与运动员训练态度、训练满意度存在显著性正相关,能够正向预测运动员的训练态度与训练满意度;(2)运动员训练态度在运动员竞技能力与训练满意度之间起部分中介作用;(3)高校教练员领导方式在运动员的竞技能力与训练满意度之间起调节作用,民主型教练员领导行为的调节作用高于专制型教练员领导行为。

Athletes' training attitude plays a part of mediating role between athletes' competitive ability and training satisfaction; 3. The college coach leadership style in the athletes' competitive ability and training of satisfaction between the regulation,Democratic regulation of coach leadership behavior role than authoritarian coach leadership behavior.
