摘要

高校实验室是高等学校教学和科研活动的重要场所,实验室教学是高校实践教学不可缺少的组成部分。实验室作为实验室教学的主要载体,其建设水平的发展是提高人才培养质量、增强综合实力和竞争力、实现人才培养目标的重要环节。实验室建设规划与管理对于民办高校深化教学改革,促进转型升级等方面都具有极为重要意义。从民办高校实验室建设与管理的特点和创新应用型人才培养的需求出发,结合中山大学新华学院的办学实际以及实验室建设规划与管理方面探索与实践,分析实践教学条件保障的需求并思考今后实验室建设工作开展努力的方向。
        The laboratory is an important place for teaching and scientific research activities in colleges and universities,and laboratory teaching is an indispensable part of practical teaching. As the main carrier of laboratory teaching,the laboratory construction level is an important link to improve the quality of personnel training,enhance comprehensive strength and competitiveness,and achieve the goal of personnel training. The planning and management of laboratory construction plays an important role for private colleges to deepen teaching reform and promote transformation and upgrading. According to the characteristics of laboratory construction and management in private colleges and the needs of practical innovative talents cultivation,combined with the practice and exploration of planning and management of laboratory construction in Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University,the article analyzes the needs of practical teaching and proposes the orientation of effort in the laboratory construction.
