摘要

笔者从20世纪90年代初期从事民航职业教育至今,在二十余年职业生涯里,不断学习,从职业、学生、教学中汲取营养,以下这篇文章就教育的本质、目标、意义,职业教育的局限性,台湾教改的经验成绩等,与同道中人分享。
        Since the early 1990 s when the author was engaged in civil aviation vocational education, over 20 years of career have passed. The author learns continuously and absorbs nutrition from teaching. This article mainly shares the author' views on the essence, goal and significance of education, the limitations of vocational education, and the experience and results of the education reform in Taiwan.
