摘要

目的 :探讨使用心律平治疗顽固性室上性心动过速的临床效果。方法 :将2017年1月至2018年10月在广汉市人民医院进行治疗的76例顽固性室上性心动过速患者作为研究对象,并将其随机平均分为甲组(n=38)和乙组(n=38)。在对两组患者进行常规治疗期间,为甲组患者使用胺碘酮进行治疗。为乙组患者使用心律平进行治疗。然后,比较治疗12 h后两组患者用药不良反应的发生情况及治疗的效果。结果:治疗12 h后,与甲组患者相比,乙组患者用药不良反应的总发生率更低,其治疗的总有效率更高,P <0.05。结论 :使用心律平治疗顽固性室上性心动过速的效果较好,患者用药不良反应的发生率较低。
        Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of xinluping in the treatment of refractory supraventricular tachycardia. Methods: 76 patients with refractory supraventricular tachycardia who were treated in guanghan people's hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into group a(n=38) and group b(n=38). Amiodarone was administered to group a patients during routine treatment of both groups. Patients in group b were treated with arrhythmide. Then, the occurrence of adverse drug reactions and the effect of treatment were compared between the two groups after 12 h of treatment. Results: after 12 h of treatment, compared with group a patients, group b patients had a lower overall incidence of adverse drug reactions, and their total effective rate was higher, P < 0.05.Conclusion: xinruping is effective in the treatment of refractory supraventricular tachycardia, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
