帕金森病患者害怕跌倒的研究进展

摘要
目前在全世界范围内,帕金森病患者逐年增多。跌倒的患者极易产生害怕跌倒(fear of falling,FOF)的心理,FOF不仅会影响患者的活动能力,还可能使患者出现心理上的障碍。近年来,帕金森病患者的FOF引起了广泛的关注。本文对帕金森患者FOF的影响因素、干预措施及目前研究不足之处作了综述,以期进一步的研究。
[Objective]At present,the incidence of Parkinson's disease is increasing year by year worldwide. Patients with a history of falls are prone to fear of falling(FOF),and FOF will not only affect the patient's ability to move,but also make the patient psychologically impaired. In recent years,people with Parkinson's disease have attracted wide attention for FOF. This article summarizes the factors that influence Parkinson's FOF,the intervention measures for patients with FOF,and the shortcomings of current research for next research.
