老年骨质疏松合并肌少症病人害怕跌倒的研究进展
摘要
从肌少症和害怕跌倒的概述、国内外害怕跌倒的流行病学调查结果、害怕跌倒对老年骨质疏松合并肌少症病人的影响及改善老年骨质疏松合并肌少症病人害怕跌倒的干预措施等方面综述老年骨质疏松合并肌少症病人害怕跌倒的研究进展。指出今后应进一步关注老年骨质疏松合并肌少症害怕跌倒的病人,借鉴国外现有的一些研究成果结合我国本土文化特点,探索更多适合我国老年骨质疏松合并肌少症害怕跌倒病人的干预方法,以促进病人的意识、行为改变,恢复功能锻炼及日常活动,减轻害怕跌倒心理,提高病人生存质量,使其早日回归社会。
