基于多维训练的高校网球教学改革探析

摘要
新时期,高校教育越发重视对学生综合素质的培养,强调学生的全面发展,体育教学也因此受到了越发广泛的关注。网球作为高校体育课程中一门备受关注的课程,无论是教学方式还是教学成果都体现出了高校体育教学的水平和效果,但是就目前而言,高校网球教学存在一些不足和问题,影响了教学有效性的提高。本文从高校网球教学现状出发,结合多维训练模式的内涵及优势,对基于多维训练的高校网球教学改革进行了研究和讨论。
In the new period,college education has paid more and more attention to the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of students,emphasizing the all-round development of students,and sports teaching has thus received more and more extensive attention. Tennis is a highly concerned course in college physical education courses. Both teaching methods and teaching results reflect the level and effect of college physical education teaching. However,at present,there are some deficiencies and problems in college tennis teaching,which influence the improvement of teaching effectiveness. Based on the present situation of college tennis teaching,this paper studies and discusses the reform of tennis teaching based on multi-dimensional training,combining with the connotation and advantages of multi-dimensional training model.
