“首发命中”理念在警察射击训练中的应用研究

摘要
当前中国正处于社会转型时期,恐怖袭击案件和暴力袭警现象频发,为了能更有效地打击违法犯罪行为,民警必须具备良好的警务执法技能,但是由于地区间社会治安动态、警务执法特点的差异,以及武器配备条件的限制等,警察射击训练一直不能满足警务实战的需要,致使警察执法时常处于被动状态。因此,"首发命中"理念的提出,有效解决了射击训练与实战需要脱节的问题,从而使射击训练更加贴近于实战、服务于实战、应用于实战,并希望借此对当今警察射击训练带来一定的参考和研究价值。
At present, China is confronting with frequent terrorist attacks and violent attacks especially in the period of social transformation. In order to more effectively combat criminal acts, police must possess good law enforcement skills, but because of the differences between regions, social security dynamic characteristics of police law enforcement, and armament restrictions, police shooting training has been unable to meet the needs of actual combat, resulting in police law enforcement is often in a passive state. "The first hit" concept, to effectively solve the shooting training and actual combat needs disjointed problem, has been proposed and through the necessity to explain its application in shooting training, which is more close to the actual shooting training and service in combat, used in combat, and hopes to bring some value for reference and research on the shooting training of police.
