小学教师信息素养标准的国际特点与启示

摘要
小学教师信息素养对教育信息化发展具有重要影响。本研究对联合国教科文组织、美国、日本等国教师信息素养标准进行全方位考察,发现这些标准各具特色,但又共同体现出中小学教师信息素养标准与国家教育信息化发展战略相呼应、基于学生信息素养发展与要求、注重标准的动态更新等特点。对这些标准进行分析与借鉴,对于推动我国中小学教师信息素养标准制定有重要价值。
        The information literacy level of primary and secondary school teachers has an important impact on the development of educational informatization. In this study, the information literacy standards of teachers in UNESCO, the United States, Japan and other countries were comprehensively investigated. It is found that these standards have their own characteristics, but also reflect that these standards have something in common, such as the echo between the information literacy standards of primary and secondary school teachers and the national education informatization development strategy, based on the development and requirements of students' information literacy, and paying attention to the dynamic update of standards. The analysis and reference of these standards are of great value in promoting the formulation of information literacy standards for primary and secondary school teachers in China.
