摘要
针对除盐水厂反渗透高压泵A、B在运行过程中出现的振动超标问题,利用频谱分析的技术进行诊断,确定振动超标原因为支撑刚度不足,结构共振;经过加强泵支撑刚度后,有效降低了振动,使振动水平降低至优秀水平。
        Aiming at the problems of vibration exceeding standard of reverse osmosis high pressure pumps A and B in waterdesalting plant during operation,the frequency spectrum analysis technology was adopted to conduct diagnosis,and the reasons for vibration exceeding the standard were confirmed as insufficient support stiffness and structural resonance;After strengthening the stiffness of the pump supporting,the vibration was effectively reduced and the vibration level was reduced to an excellent level.
