角质小麦和粉质小麦瘤胃降解特性的比较研究

摘要
本试验旨在研究角质和粉质小麦杜泊羊的瘤胃降解特性。选用4头体重相近(55.10±1.24 kg)、安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康杜泊公羊为试验动物,采用尼龙袋法对角质小麦(潍麦8号、BD100、济麦22、山农5849、山农22、紫麦1号)和粉质小麦(山农8355、D800、6405)的干物质(DM)、有机物质(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的瘤胃降解率进行测定。结果表明:角质小麦0~24 h的DM和OM降解率显著高于粉质小麦(P<0.05);角质小麦12~24 h的CP降解率显著高于粉质小麦(P <0.05);粉质小麦24 h后的NDF和ADF降解率显著高于角质小麦(P<0.05)。角质小麦的DM和OM的有效降解率显著高于粉质小麦(P<0.05),而粉质小麦NDF和ADF的有效降解率显著高于角质小麦(P <0.05)。由此可见,角质小麦和粉质小麦的降解特性不同,角质小麦DM、OM和CP的降解率均高于粉质小麦,而粉质小麦NDF和ADF的降解率高于角质小麦
        The objective of this test was to evaluate the different quality wheat varieties in rumen of Dorper sheep. Four sheep(BW of 55.10 ± 1.24 kg) fitted with permanent ruminal fistulae were used for the measurement of the rumen degradation rate of the horny wheat and silty wheat by nylon bags technique. The results showed that the rumen degradation rates of DM and OM of the horny wheat groups at 2 to 24 h were significantly higher than that of the silty wheat groups(P <0.05); the degradation rate of CP of the horny wheat groups at 12 to 24 h was significantly higher than that of the silty wheat groups(P < 0.05); the degradation rates of NDF and ADF of the horny wheat groups were significantly higher than that of the silty wheat groups after 24 h(P < 0.05). The effective degradation rates of OM and DM of the horny wheat groups were significantly higher than that of the silty groups(P < 0.05), but the effective degradation rate of NDF and ADF of the silty wheat groups was significantly higher than that of the horny groups(P < 0.05). It is seen that the degradation characteristics of horny wheat and silty wheat were different. the rumen degradation rates of DM, OM and CP of the horny wheat were higher than that of the silty wheat, but the rumen degradation rates of NDF and ADF of the silty wheat were higher than that of the horny wheat.
