摘要
为提高工科院校人才的培养质量,中国石油大学(华东)开始实施青年教师工程实践锻炼项目。有幸成为该项目的首批受益者,在中石化胜利石油管理局钻井工艺研究院进行为期6个月的工程实践锻炼。通过工程实践锻炼,我的讲授专业课水平、指导毕业设计、指导生产实习、科研项目等方面出现跨越式成长。
In order to improve the training quality of talents in engineering colleges, China University of Petroleum( East China) began to implement young teachers' engineering practice training program. Fortunately, I became the first beneficiary of the project. The drilling process research institute of Sinopec Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau carried out 6 months of engineering practice exercise. Through engineering practice, my teaching level of professional courses, guidance of graduate design, production guidance, research projects and other aspects appear to grow by leaps and bounds.
