摘要

用人单位的职业卫生管理档案需要根据真实的记录和信息,更好的参考,对其他行业进行规范;职业卫生管理档案应收集好如下资料:用人单位的职业病防治管理机构和人员职责、职业病危害因素定期检测技术服务合同等;职业卫生管理档案一般每年归档一次,可以在每年的年末进行,将收集到的用人单位职业卫生技术服务委托书、职业病危害因素检测与评价现场勘察记录表等资料整理成册;用人单位特别重视相关信息,专门设立职业病防治管理机构、有专人负责是搞好建档工作的根本保证。
        The occupational health management files of the employing units need to standardize the other industries based on the true records and information, and the occupational health management files should collect the following data: the occupational disease prevention and control management institutions of the employing units and responsibilities of staff, and service contract of regular test technology of occupational disease risk factors, and the occupational health management file should filed once every year in general, which can be conducted at the end of the year, and occupational health technology service letter of attorney, occupational disease risk factors test and evaluation form of field survey are sorted up, and the employing units should especially attach importance to the related information, and set the occupational disease prevention and control management institutions, and that the special person is responsible for the job is the fundamental guarantee for doing well in the file work.
