城镇化与农业生产效率耦合协调关系——基于黑龙江省、辽宁省、吉林省3省数据分析

摘要
研究城镇化与农业生产效率之间的耦合协调关系,对制定旨在促进城镇化与农业生产效率协调发展、东北振兴及我国区域发展的相关政策具有重要的参考价值。运用DEA-Malmquist指数、熵值法测度城镇化发展水平与农业生产效率水平,使用耦合协调度模型分析两个系统之间的协调水平。结果表明:分省来看,各省城镇化水平和农业生产效率之间协调性偏低,互动作用较弱,处于勉强协调阶段,但距离初级协调发展阶段尚有较大提升空间;分地级市来看,东北三省各地市级的协调程度有明显的区域差异,除沈阳市、大连市、哈尔滨市、长春市4个城市处于初级协调阶段,其余地级市基本位于濒临失调和勉强协调阶段,少部分城市处于轻度失调阶段。基于此,从提高城镇化和农业生产效率水平两个方面提出政策建议。
It is of great significance to study the coupling and coordination relationship between urbanization and agricultural productivity in the three northeastern provinces for making relevant policies aiming at promoting the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural productivity.the revitalization of northeast Thirty prefecture-level cities in the three northeastern provinces were selected,and DEA-Malmquist index and entropy method were used to measure the urbanization development level and agricultural production efficiency level;Meanwhile,the coordinated development degree model was used to measure the coordinated development level of urbanization and agricultural production security efficiency in the three northeastern provinces.Results indicate that from the provincial point of view,the coordination between urbanization degree and agricultural productivity in each province is low.However,there is still much room for improvement from the primary stage of coordinated development.From the perspective of prefecture-level cities,obvious regional differences exist in the degree of coordinated development of the cities and municipalities in northeast China.Except Shenyang,Dalian,Harbin and Changchun that are in the primary coordination stage,the rest of the prefecture-level cities are basically in the stage of near-disordered and reluctant coordination,and a small number of cities are in the stage of mild disordered development.Policy suggestions were put forward on how to improve urbanization and agricultural productivity.
