针灸治疗2型糖尿病选穴规律现代文献研究

摘要
目的:通过对近10年针灸治疗2型糖尿病现代文献的研究,分析针灸治疗2型糖尿病的选穴规律。方法:检索分析2006至2016年中国知识资源总库(CNKI)中针灸治疗为主或者针灸联合其他疗法治疗2型糖尿病的临床文献,得到相关文献83篇,分析其选穴规律。结果:针灸治疗2型糖尿病最常用的腧穴是足三里、三阴交、肾俞、太溪和脾俞;腧穴所属经脉主要集中于足太阳膀胱经、足阳明胃经、任脉和足太阴脾经;腧穴主要分布位置在下肢及背腰部;特定穴类型广泛,以五输穴、交会穴及背俞穴为多。结论:针灸治疗2型糖尿病疗效肯定,有循经选穴、分部选穴、辨证选穴和特定穴选穴的特点。
Objective:To analyze the rules of selecting acupoints in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with acupuncture and moxibustion by researching clinical literatures published in the recent 10 years.Methods:We searched the literatures related type 2 diabetes mellitus whose treatments are acupuncture and moxibustion or acupuncture and moxibustion combintng with other methods in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) from 2006 to 2016. Then we summarized the rules of selecting acupoints in the finally 83 articles which are in accord with our research criterion. Results:The most common acupoints used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus are Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Shenshu(BL23),Taixi(KI3) and Pishu(BL20). These acupoints mainly concentrate on the bladder,stomach,Ren and spleen Meridian. These acupoints mainly distribute in low limbs and lower back. The use of specific points is in a wide variety,five-shu points,crossing points and back-shu points are the main selected types. Conclusions:Acupuncture and moxibustion have a definite curative effect in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus. The selection of acupoints is based on the circulation of meridian,the disease location,the disease syndrome and the use of specific points.
