摘要
镉(Cd)由于其移动性强、毒性高、难降解而成为最为关注的重金属元素之一,因此,Cd的毒性效应已成为国内外研究的热点。研究结果表明,小麦生长指标与对照相比差异显著,且呈现明显的剂量-效应关系,根长降低幅度较大,Cd对于根的毒性作用较强,根对于污染胁迫响应较敏感。抗氧化酶活性显著性升高,这是Cd2+胁迫下小麦的一种防御机制,在一定程度上减轻了小麦受到的毒害作用。
Cadmium( Cd) has become one of the most important heavy metal elements because of its strong mobility,high toxicity and difficult degradation. Therefore,toxicity effect of Cd has become a hot research at home and abroad. The results showed that growth indexes were significantly different compared to the control,and there was a clear dose-response relationship between Cd pollution and toxicity. Among these indexes,root length changed by a big margin,indicating that it was more sensitive. Antioxidant enzyme activity increased significantly,which can alleviate the toxicity on wheat. It was a defense mechanism of wheat under Cd2 +stress.
