摘要
为改善现有的单连接板和双连接板方钢管混凝土组合异形柱加工制作中存在的不便之处,提出一种基于H型钢连接的钢管混凝土组合异形柱构造形式;为研究其在轴压荷载作用下的承载力、延性等力学性能指标,进行H型钢连接钢管混凝土组合异形柱的轴压试验及数值模拟分析.在验证有限元模型正确性的基础上完成了其与单钢板、双钢板连接钢管混凝土组合异形柱承载力对比分析.结果表明:H型钢连接板对各单肢柱的约束作用较强,保证了异形柱的整体性,各单肢可以更好地协同变形;与单钢板、双钢板连接组合异形柱相比,H型钢连接组合异形柱具有较好的力学性能,其承载力较双钢板提高了10%左右.
To address existing inefficiencies in the processing and manufacturing of special-shaped columns composed of square concrete-filled steel tubular(SCFT)columns with single and double connection plates,we propose the use of SCFT columns connected by H-shaped steel. To study the bearing capacity,ductility,and other mechanical properties of these columns under axial compression load,we conducted an axial compression experiment on the proposed SCFT columns connected by H-shaped steel,as well as a numerical simulation analysis. To verify the accuracy of the finite element model,we performed a comparative analysis of the bearing capacity of SCFT columns connected by single and double steel plates. The results show that each single-leg column of SCFT columns connected by H-shaped steel has a strong constraint that ensures its integrity,such that each single leg can achieve better collaborative deformation. Compared with SCFT columns connected by single or double steel plates,SCFT columns connected by H-shaped steel have better mechanical properties and their bearing capacity is about 10% higher than that of SCFT columns connected by double steel plates.
