X100钢长输管道的半自动焊接方法研究及应用

摘要
根据目前X80级以上钢材的长输管道没有半自动下向焊工艺的现状,通过分析原因,利用现有常见焊接设备,以X100钢管材为试验基材,研究了一种适合X100钢材的管道安装半自动焊接方法。结合类似大口径长输管道工程的焊接经验,在现有的高强管线钢焊接工艺研究基础上,修正焊接参数,通过工厂实际焊接获得合格焊口,并对焊口进行力学性能检测,取得了良好的结果,也论证了本文提出的焊接方案的可行性。
        According to the current situation that there is no semi-automatic downward welding technology in thelong pipeline of steel above grade X80, in this paper, a semi-automatic welding method for pipeline installation ofX100 steel is studied by analyzing the reasons, using the existing common welding equipment and taking X100 steelpipe as the test material. Combined with the welding experience of similar large-caliber long-distance pipeline engi-neering, the welding parameters are modified based on the existing welding technology research of high-strengthpipeline steel. Through the actual welding of the factory, the qualified welding joints are obtained, and the mechani-cal properties of the welding joints are tested.
