肺转移性多形性腺瘤1例

<正>1 临床资料患者女,65岁,主因"1周前查体行CT检查发现左肺下叶占位性病变,双肺多发小结节"入院,于2017年6月15日入住中日友好医院。增强CT显示,左肺下叶后基底段肿块,边界清晰,考虑周围型肺癌或低度恶性肿瘤可能性大,伴双肺多发转移,建议行左肺下叶肿块穿刺活检(图1、图2)。为进一步明确诊断,行"肺楔形切除术"。经仔细询问病史,患者于1992年发现腮腺肿物,直径约2cm,手术切除未送病理检查;1995年复发后
