摘要
前列腺增生症的外科微创治疗近年来有了新的发展。经尿道前列腺电切术作为"金标准"面临着不少挑战。利用各种激光行经尿道前列腺剜除术在国内外已越来越多。经尿道前列腺柱状水囊扩裂术、前列腺尿道支架Uro-lift、前列腺蒸汽消融Rezum、前列腺水刀Aquablation等新技术的临床研究仍在持续进行。前列腺增生症的微创外科治疗在未来更微创化,尤其在加速康复外科的实施下,有望实现日间手术化。
Over recent years,there has been new progress in minimally invasive surgical treatments for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Transurethral resection of the prostate,as the golden standard surgery,is facing various challenges.Operations on laser-assist transuresthral enucleation of the prostate are widely accepted both domestic and international.Clinical trials using new technologies such as transurethral split of the prostate with columnar balloon catheter,prostate urethral lift(Urolift),convective water vapor treatment(Rezum system)and water ablation therapy(Aquablation)are continuously proceeding.Minimally invasive surgeries for benign prostatic hyperplasia will be increasingly performed in out-patient settings in the future.
