内外兼治:明代壮族土官岑瑛的施治方略及其影响

摘要
明代壮族土官岑瑛在思恩司域履职期间,强勇有谋,励志有为,内外兼治,使思恩由土州上升为思恩府,最后又改为思恩军民府,成为广西境内疆域广袤的重要府镇,其自身官职亦屡得升迁。这对思恩司域社会、政治、经济与文化发展乃至王朝中央在桂西地区的封建统治产生了重要影响。岑瑛堪称中国土司史上杰出人物的典型代表之一,其内外兼治的治理方略,积极作用要大于消极影响,应实事求是地加以论评。
During the period of Cen Ying, the Tusi official of Zhuang nationality in the Ming Dynasty, performing his duties in Sien Division, he was brave and resourceful, inspiring and promising, and ruling both inside and outside, so that Sien was raised from Tuzhou to Sien Prefecture, and finally changed into Sien military and civilian mansion, which became an important government town with a vast territory in Guangxi, and his own official position was promoted repeatedly. This had an important influence on the social, political,economic and cultural development of Si'en Division and even the feudal rule of the central government of the Dynasty in the west Guangxi. Therefore, Cen Ying could be rated as one of the typical representatives of outstanding figures in the history of Chinese Tusi.Hereby, we can say that the positive role of his governance strategy of "governing both inside and outside" is greater than the negative influence, which should be commented on in a practical and realistic manner.
