摘要
本技术是粪渣好氧堆肥产生的恶臭污染物经过植物液微雾反应、高级氧化反应、碱洗反应除臭工艺,把粪渣无害化处理产生的恶臭污染物,最终处理到排气筒臭气浓度小于417,臭气去除率≥92%以上。2018年11月,在深圳市郁南环境园深圳市城市废物处置中心粪渣处理厂综合车间建成的除臭系统工程,处理风量达到:5×10~4 m~3/h。除臭系统运行至今,处理效果稳定良好,为我国城市管理中解决粪渣无害化处理产生的恶臭污染物除臭难题树立了典型案例,积累了实践经验。
This technology is a deodorization process of odorous pollutants produced by aerobic composting of manure residue through plant liquid micro-fog reaction,advanced oxidation reaction and alkali washing reaction. The odorous pollutants produced by the harmless treatment of manure residue are finally treated to the concentration of odorous pollutants in the exhaust tube less than 417,and the removal rate of odorous pollutants is more than 92%. In November 2018, a deodorization system project was built in the comprehensive workshop of ShenzhenMunicipalWasteDisposalCenter, YunanEnvironmentalPark, Shenzhen. The air volume of the deodorization system reached 5×10~4 m~3/h. Since the deodorization system has been running, the treatment effect has been stable and good. It has set up a typical case for solving the problem of deodorization of odorous pollutants produced by the harmless treatment of manure residue in urban management in China,and accumulated practical experience.
