摘要
基于某矿山排水系统的工程概况,进行了颗粒筛分和沉淀实验,根据实验测算结果,采用平流沉淀池、浓密机与压滤机三者结合的优化方案去除污水中的泥沙。优化后,每年可节省水仓清淤费用123万元,同时提高了矿山运行自动化程度,降低了工人劳动强度。
        Based on the engineering situation of drainage system in a mine,the experiments of particle screening and sedimentation were carried out.According to the experimental results,the optimization scheme combining advection sedimentation tank,thickener and filter press was adopted to remove sediment from wastewater.After optimization,the dredging cost of sump could be saved by 1.23 million yuan per year,the automation degree of mine operation was increased and the labor intensity of workers was reduced.
