人性化护理在多西他赛联合奈达铂治疗耐药性卵巢癌中的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在多西他赛联合奈达铂治疗耐药性卵巢癌护理中的应用及对患者生育能力的影响。方法选取我院2016年12月-2018年3月期间收治的耐药性卵巢癌患者82例,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组。对照组应用常规方式进行护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用人性化护理模式。观察对比两组患者的治疗依从性、生育能力、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及生活质量。结果观察组患者的治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的宫内妊娠率明显高于对照组,再次输卵管妊娠以及继发不孕的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者SAS、SDS、生活质量评分无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在耐药性卵巢癌患者采用多西他赛联合奈达铂的治疗过程中应用人性化护理,可提高患者的治疗依从性、生育能力以及生活质量,减轻其负面情绪,促进其康复,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of humanistic nursing in the treatment of drug-resistant ovarian cancer with docetaxel and nedaplatin and its effect on fertility. Methods Eighty-two patients with drug-resistant ovarian cancer were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group adopted the humanistic nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing. The treatment compliance, fertility, the self rating anxiety scale(SAS), self rating depression scale(SDS) and quality of life were observed and compared. Results The compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). In terms of fertility, the rate of intrauterine pregnancy of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidences of second tubal pregnancy and secondary infertility were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of SDS and SAS in observation group after nursing were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life scores of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing could improve the compliance, fertility and quality of life of drug resistant ovarian cancer patients treated with docetaxel and nedaplatins. It could also relieve the incidence of negative emotions and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
