腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝42例临床分析

摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析在某医院行腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术的42例小儿腹股沟疝患者的临床资料,观察手术疗效。结果:平均手术时间(20±3)min,术后6 h正常进食,手术当天排小便正常,术后1～2天出院。仅有轻微疼痛感。无阴囊水肿,切口感染。无术中肠管、精索、血管及神经损伤等并发症发生。其中36例患者随访3～12个月,无一例复发。结论:腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿疝具有手术时间及住院时间短,安全性高,术后并发症少,术后恢复快,复发率低等优点。
Objective:To explore the clinical effectiveness of laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac in treatment of inguinal hernia in children. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 42 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent high ligation of laparoscopic hernia sac in Hospital, and observe clinical efficacy.Results: The average operative time is(20±3) minutes. The patient had a normal diet six hours after surgery.The urination was normal on the day of surgery. He was discharged 1 to 2 days after surgery. The patient has only a slight pain. All patients had no scrotal edema and wound infection. All patients had no complications such as intraoperative intestinal tube, spermatic cord, blood vessel and nerve injury. Thirty-six patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months, and none of the patients had recurrent inguinal hernia. Conclusion: Laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac has a short operative time, short hospital stays, high safety, less postoperative complications, quick postoperative recovery and low recurrence rate.
