足部骨折采用微型钛板内固定治疗的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的探究足部骨折采用微型钛板内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法选择本院2017年7月—2018年7月收治的足部骨折患者作为研究对象,以抽签的方式从中随机抽出80例足部骨折患者,将这80例足部骨折患者按照入院时间不同随机分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),对照组足部骨折患者实施钢丝内固定治疗,观察组足部骨折患者实施微型钛板内固定治疗,比较两组足部骨折患者手术情况、临床疗效、足部关节功能评分以及并发症发生率。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%大于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.114 3,P=0.0425)。观察组关节功能评分为(89.37±5.76)分高于对照组(76.12±4.03)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.920 6,P<0.05)。观察组足部骨折患者手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、住院时间分别为:(27.50±8.61)min、(136.84±11.54)mL、(76.70±3.25)d、(10.37±1.10)d,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足部骨折患者实施微型钛板内固定治疗效果令人满意,能够有效提高患者的临床疗效,降低并发症发生率,并提高患者足部关节运动功能,应用价值明显,值得推荐。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of mini titanium plate internal fixation for foot fracture. Methods80 patients with foot fracture were randomly selected from our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 by drawing lots.The 80 patients with foot fracture were randomly divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(40 cases)according to admission time. The patients with foot fracture in control group were treated with steel wire internal fixation and the patients with foot fracture in observation group were treated with steel wire internal fixation. The patients were treated with mini-titanium plate internal fixation. The operation, clinical effect, joint function score and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was greater than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2= 4.114 3,P=0.042 5).The joint function score of the observation group was(89.37±5.76)min higher than that of the control group(76.12±4.03)min, and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.920 6,P<0.05). In the observation group, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the patients with foot fracture were(27.50±8.61)min,(136.84±11.54)mL(76.70±3.25)d,(10.37±1.10)d, were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of mini titanium plate internal fixation for foot fracture patients is satisfactory. It can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the foot joint motion function of patients. It has obvious application value and is worth recommending.
