市场导向、顾客知识获取、战略柔性与组织双元性创新

摘要
运用市场导向理论,探讨不同市场导向对组织双元性创新的影响。层次回归分析结果表明:反应型市场导向对应用性创新具有显著的正向影响,先动型市场导向则对探索性创新具有显著的正向影响;顾客知识获取在市场导向与双元性创新之间发挥完全中介作用;战略柔性在市场导向与双元性创新之间具有调节效应。
        Using market-oriented theory,this paper explored the impact of different market orientations on organizational duality innovation.Hierarchical regression analysis shows that responsive market orientation has a significant positive impact on applied innovation,while the proactive market orientation has a significant positive effect on exploratory innovation; customer knowledge acquisition fully mediates the relationship between market orientation and duality innovation; strategic flexibility has a moderating effect between market orientation and duality innovation.
