奥曲肽联合凝血酶治疗急性消化道出血的效果

摘要
目的观察奥曲肽联合凝血酶治疗急性消化道出血的效果及对患者满意度的影响。方法选取2017年9月～2018年9月我院消化内科收治的急性消化道出血患者130例,将患者随机分为常规组和实验组。常规组应用奥曲肽进行治疗,实验组给予奥曲肽联合凝血酶治疗。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果及患者满意度情况。结果治疗后,实验组的治疗总有效率为93.85%,满意度为98.46%,均明显高于常规组的56.92%和53.85%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的不良反应发生率为4.62%,明显低于常规组的24.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥曲肽联合凝血酶治疗急性消化道出血的效果显著,患者满意度高,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the effect of octreotide combined with thrombin in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage and its impact on patient satisfaction. Methods 130 cases of acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage received and treated in the department of gastroenterology of our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into routine group and experiental group.The routine group was treated with octreotide and the experimental group was treated with octreotide combined with thrombin.Observe and compare the treatment effect and patient satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.85% and the satisfaction rate was 98.46%,both of which were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.62%,significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of octreotide combined with thrombin in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage is significant,and patient satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
