高效防偏磨段铣技术在井下事故处理中的应用

摘要
为了处理固在SG-18X井中的17根3-1/2 in钻杆,前期采用磨母接头、套铣、倒扣的方法进行处理,24 d仅仅套铣出6根钻杆,效率低、成本高,且随着套铣管铣齿落入井内数量的增加,在钻杆接头贴套管部位套铣磨漏套管的风险也越来越大。通过采用高效防偏磨段铣技术,仅用不到20 d(纯段铣时间8.2 d)就成功处理了固入井内的11根3-1/2 in钻杆共106.18 m,施工效率比原来的磨母接头、套铣、倒扣处理提高400%以上,实现了固入井内钻杆处理技术的重大突破,填补了国内技术空白,为后续处理类似事故提供有效方法。
        In order to deal with the 17 joints 3-1/2 in drillpipe fixed in SG-18 X well, the initial processing is carried out by milling coupling、pipe-washing、back-off operation. The efficiency is very low that it takes 24 days to washout 6 drill pipe, and the cost is very high, At the same time the number of milling gear of the washpipe increase in the downhole, the leakage risk of wearing out the casing is growing. By high efficiency section milling technique to solve the problem, it only take less than 20 days(milling time 8.2 days) to successfully mill 11 joints 3-1/2 in drill pipe, a total of 106.18 m, the milling speed is up to 1 m/h on average, the operation efficiency improve 400% than milling coupling、pipe-washing、back-off operation, a major breakthrough in dealing with the cementing drillpine technology was realized, fills the blank of technology in China, provide an effective way to follow the similar incidents.
