摘要
目的观察渐进法康复治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的临床效果。方法选择本院2013年1月~2014年6月收治的缺血性脑卒中患者72例,按随机数字表随机分成观察组(渐进法康复治疗)与对照组(常规康复治疗),通过Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表、日常生活活动能力(ADL)、功能综合评定量表(FCA)评定两组康复效果。结果两组康复治疗前后Fugl-Meyer、ADL、FCA评分结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组的评分明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论渐进康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能的恢复,取得了较好的临床效果。
        Objective To observe the clinical effect of progressive rehabilitation act for rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 72 patients with ischemic stroke from January 2013 to June 2014 admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(progressive rehabilitation act) and control group(conventional rehabilitation therapy),the differences of rehabilitation effect between two groups were checked by Fugl-Meyer assessment of movement,the ability to assess activities of daily living(ADL),functional comprehensive assessment(FCA).Results Fugl-Meyer,ADL,FCA score results was respectively significant difference between two groups before and after treament(P <0.05),but scores in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion The progressive rehabilitation law achieves good clinical effects for recovery of motor function in patients with ischemic stroke.
