护理干预措施对静脉留置针致静脉炎的预防效果探讨

摘要
目的探讨护理干预措施对静脉留置针致静脉炎的预防效果。方法抽选2016年5月—2017年7月我院实施静脉留置针的患者66例,将其平均分为试验组与对照组,每组33例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上实施优质护理干预,对比2组患者静脉炎发生情况以及护理满意度。结果试验组静脉炎发生情况与护理满意度情况都显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实施静脉留置针的患者予以护理干预措施,有利于减少静脉炎发生,提升患者护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the nursing measures and effect of phlebitis caused by venous indwelling needle.Methods 66 patients with venous indwelling needle in our hospital in July-2017 May 2016 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intravenous indwelling needle nursing measures,and the experimental group was given nursing intervention based on routine nursing measures.The success rate of puncture and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results the success rate of puncture and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention measures to prevent phlebitis in patients with venous indwelling needle are beneficial to improve the success rate of puncture,satisfaction of patients,and maintain good medical care relationship,which is of practical value in clinical practice.
