摘要
目的研究医院普通病房高频接触物体表面清洁干预措施的效果,为加强病房卫生管理提供参考依据。方法通过ATP生物荧光法和细菌培养法,对某医院高频接触物体表面清洁干预措施的效果进行评价。结果电脑键盘、电话听筒、病床尾栏、监护仪及微量泵等高频接触的物体表面在实施清洁措施前,生物荧光法检测法和细菌培养法超标率分别为69. 17%和77. 50%,护士站电脑键盘和床尾栏杆污染较严重。采取干预措施后,经ATP生物荧光法检测清洁卫生质量合格率仅由干预前的30. 00%提高到32. 78%;经细菌培养法检测合格率由干预前的28. 33%提高到62. 78%。结论采取清洁干预措施可以改善医院环境物体表面清洁状况,但医院环境物体表面清洁管理仍需进一步的提高。
        Objective To evaluate the effect of intervention measures for high-frequency contact surface cleaning in hospital wards,and to provide reference on strengthen ward management. Methods Adenosine triphosphate( ATP) and aerobic colony counts( ACCs) were used to evaluate the effect of intervention measures for high-frequency contact surface cleaning in hospital wards. Results The failure rates of ATP and ACCs of high-frequency contact surface,including computer keyboard,telephone handset,bedrails,monitor and micro pump,before cleaning were 69. 17% and 77. 50% respectively,and the computer keyboard and bedrails were seriously contaminated. After intervention,the qualification rate of ATP increased from 30. 00% to 32. 78%,and the qualification rate of ACCs increased from 28. 33% to 62. 78%. Conclusions Intervention can improve the cleanliness of hospital environment. However,management of hospital environmental cleaning was further improved.
