全地形车平顺性测试系统开发与应用

摘要
全地形车可以在各种恶劣的路面上行使,不仅军用潜力巨大,且可广泛用于竞技、娱乐等领域.全地形车的平顺性是重要的性能之一,也是核心技术.国内外学者对全地形车平顺性研究比较少,较为完整的平顺性测试评价系统则更为少见.借鉴ISO 2631,ISO 5349等国际标准,并结合全地形车的自身振动特性,开发了适合于全地形车平顺性测试硬件系统,在匹配硬件测试系统下设计了软件分析系统.使用该测试系统对多款全地形车平顺性进行了测试分析,结合驾驶员的实车主观评价.结果表明:该测试系统方便、可靠,能很好地对全地形车平顺性进行评价,为其平顺性的改进提供理论依据.
        All-terrain vehicles(ATVs)have a remarkable capacity to handle a variety of irregular pavements,demonstrating its great potential in military domain as well as extensive application in the field of sports,entertainment,etc.For ATVs,ride comfort is the core skill and one of the most important performance parameters.Little research has been done into the ride comfort of ATVs,particularly into the comprehensive ride comfort test and evaluation system.Combing the ATVs vibration characteristic with the standard of ISO2631,ISO5349 and etc.,a hardware testing system is developed for evaluating the ATVs ride comfort.At the same time,the software analysis system is also built under the help of the hardware test system,which has been used to test and analyze several ATVs.According to the test results and drivers' subjective evaluation,the test system is proved to be reliable,convenient and is able to effectively evaluate the ride comfort of ATVs,providing the theoretical basis for improving the ride comfort of ATVs.
