功能锻炼结合心理支持对老年股骨颈骨折患者术后康复效果的影响

摘要
目的:观察功能锻炼结合心理支持对老年股骨颈骨折患者术后康复效果的影响。方法:选取老年股骨颈骨折96例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,每组各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予功能锻炼结合心理支持。比较两组患者髋关节功能恢复、心理焦虑及并发症情况。结果:对照组疼痛程度、关节活动、关节功能、关节畸形评分均比观察组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组术前及出院前SAS评分均比观察组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比观察组并发症发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功能锻炼结合心理支持能够有效改善老年股骨颈骨折患者负性情绪,促进患者髋关节功能的恢复,且能够降低术后并发症发生率,利于患者康复。
Objective: To observe the effect of functional exercise combined with psychological support on the rehabilitation effect of the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after operation. Methods: In 96 cases of senile femoral neck as the study object,according to the random number table method,divided them into two groups,48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given functional exercise and psychological support. The recovery of hip joint function,psychological anxiety and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: In the control group,the degree of pain,joint motion,joint function,joint deformities were lower than in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05),the control group before the operation and discharge of SAS were higher than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05),compared with the control group,the observation group showed the low rate of complications,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Functional exercise combined with psychological support can effectively improve the negative emotions of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,promote the recovery of hip function,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
