英买力油气处理厂工艺模拟与分析

摘要
英买力凝析气田是西气东输主力气田,近年来,英买处理厂进料流量波动较大,亟需预测不同流量下各产品产量。应用ASPEN HYSYS软件对英买力处理厂天然气的工艺流程建模,选择油气领域中高可靠性的Peng-Robinson状态方程,通过模拟结果分析管输天然气、LPG、稳定轻烃产品质量是否达标,并将模拟结果的产品产量与英买力现场产量数据进行对比,结果表明软件模拟所得结果与处理厂现场数据误差小于5%。因此该ASPEN HYSYS模型较为准确,能够保证在产品质量合格情况下,较为精确反映处理厂产品产量,在生产应用中对英买力处理厂具有一定的工程应用价值。
        The Yingmaili condensate gas field is the main gas field of the West-East Gas Transmission Project. ASPEN HYSYS software is used to model the natural gas process flow of Yingmaili treatment Plant,and Peng-Robinson equations of state with high reliability in the oil and gas filed is selected. The quality of the natural gas,LPG and stable light hydrocarbon products is analyzed by the simulation results. Comparing the product yield of the simulation results with the Yingmaili field production data,the results show that the error between the software simulation results and the treatment plant site data is less than 5%. Therefore,the ASPEN HYSYS model is more accurate and can ensure that the product output of the processing plant is more accurately reflected under the condition of qualified product quality,and has certain engineering application value for the Yingmaili treatment plant in the production and application.
