摘要
为改善高密双轴向经编织物增强的复合材料的剥离性能,并优化其综合力学性能,采用单因素变量法研究了底涂工艺中黏合剂质量分数、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对该复合材料剥离强度的影响。采用正交试验分析了此3个因素对复合材料的剥离、拉伸和撕裂强力的影响,并确定了最优工艺参数。结果表明,使高密双轴向经编复合材料的力学性能最优的底涂工艺参数为:黏合剂质量分数为4%,焙烘温度为150℃,焙烘时间为60s。
        In order to improve the peeling property of the composites reinforced by high density biaxial warp knitted fabric and optimize their comprehensive mechanical property,the paper studied the influences of binder mass fraction,baking temperature and baking time in the bottom coating process on the composites'peeling strength by single factor analysis.The three factors'influences on peeling,breaking and tearing strength of the composites were analyzed by orthogonal test,and the optimum technological parameters were found out.The results show that the mechanical property of high density biaxial warp knitted composites is the best when the binder mass fraction,baking temperature and baking time is 4%,150℃ and 60 s,respectively.
