摘要

新疆农业大学草业科学专业源源不断的为新疆的草业教育事业输送着人才,但目前社会对人才的需求已从以往偏重学术的知识型人才转向偏重实践的应用型人才,如何适应草业科学专业对于应用型人才的更高要求,如何科学、准确的定位草业科学专业应用型人才的培养目标是人才培养过程中必须重视和解决的问题。本文对草业科学专业应用型人才需求现状进行了调查及分析,并提出了相应的改革建议。
        Grassland science of Xinjiang Agriculture University has been transporting talents for Xinjiang's Grass Industry Education. But, the demand for talents in society has shifted from academic knowledge-based talents to practical applicationoriented talents, so how to adapt to higher requirements for applied talents in Grassland Science and how to scientifically and accurately orientate the training goal of Applied Talents is a problem that must be paid attention to and solved. Based on this,we investigate and analyze the demand situation of applied talents in grassland science and give some corresponding suggestions for the reform.
